Project Highlights

The installation features 24 Panasonic PT-MZ17K laser projectors deployed across four synchronized projection zones, housed in custom SUS304 stainless-steel IP55 outdoor enclosures designed for long-term outdoor durability. Each unit is equipped with an automatic cooling system to ensure stable performance under varying environmental conditions.

A centralized media server manages content processing, geometric calibration, and multi-zone projection mapping, enabling precise synchronization across the entire visual canvas. Advanced mesh warping and edge blending techniques ensure seamless image continuity across complex architectural surfaces.

The system is further integrated with laser and sky beam lighting installations through MIDI, OSC, DMX, and Art-Net protocols, enabling tightly synchronized multimedia performances. At the core of the signal workflow, a high-performance matrix processor with 4K60 capability, multi-window display, scaling, and rapid scene switching distributes content across 24 HDMI outputs for flexible and reliable show control.

Standing 55.5 meters tall with a unique 360° cylindrical structure, Bai Chay Lighthouse became a large-scale visual canvas through Alta Media’s advanced projection mapping solution. The system transforms the lighthouse into a spectacular nighttime digital landmark, delivering immersive visual experiences from every angle.
